My Italy Admission Package for Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD is €750, payable in 3 installments of €250 each. I also offer a €30 profile evaluation session, which is fully adjustable against the package fee. Individual services such as CV review (€25), SOP review (€40), and research proposal review (€100) are also available.

Yes — I strongly recommend starting with the €30 profile evaluation. During this session I assess your academic profile, recommend suitable Italian universities, and outline your scholarship options. The €30 fee is fully adjustable against the Italy Admission Package, so it effectively becomes a €720 package if you proceed.

International students pay via PayPal. Students from Pakistan can pay via Allied Bank (ABL) — account details are available on the Italy Package page. After each payment, please email your receipt to payments@drwajidali.com. Work begins once payment is confirmed.

If you do not receive admission to any Italian public university after following my application strategy and completing all required procedures, 50% of your first installment (€125 of €250) will be refunded — provided the complete first installment of €250 has been paid. University application fees, notarization costs, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable.

Dr. WajidAli Education Consultancy is an independent advisory service run by Dr. Wajid Ali. It is not an official service of, nor endorsed or affiliated with, the University of Bologna or any other academic institution.

No. No ethical consultant guarantees admission or scholarships, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. What I do guarantee is professional, personalised guidance that maximises the strength of your application. My admission support promise provides a partial refund if no admission is received after following my strategy.

I recommend a minimum CGPA of 2.9/4.0 or equivalent 75% marks for most Italian public universities. However, final admission decisions are made by the universities themselves — these are threshold guidelines, not guarantees.

Yes. I work with students from any country applying to European universities. The majority of my clients are from Pakistan and South Asia, but I have also helped students from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Iran, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and other countries. The Italy Admission Package is open to all nationalities.

The timeline depends on your target program and intake. The Italy Package covers 3 consecutive intakes (typically October, February, and the following October), so if your first intake is unsuccessful, I continue supporting you. PhD applications typically take 3–6 months from initial evaluation to submission. Master's and Bachelor's applications take 3–6 months. Visa guidance is typically 4–8 weeks.

Required documents vary by program and level. In general, you will need academic transcripts, a Statement of Purpose or motivation letter, a CV, language proficiency certificates (Italian B1 or English IELTS 5.5+), reference letters, and (for PhD) a research proposal. I provide a personalised document checklist after your profile evaluation.

I reply to inquiries within 24 hours on working days. During active application periods, students enrolled in my Italy Admission Package have access to a dedicated WhatsApp support group where responses are typically much faster.
