Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund. The appointment slot is reserved and cannot be re-filled at short notice.
No-show: No refund.
If you do not receive admission to any Italian public university after following my application strategy and completing all required procedures, 50% of your first installment (€125 of the €250 first payment) will be refunded, provided the complete first installment of €250 has been paid.
University application fees, document notarization costs, language test fees, visa application charges, and any other third-party expenses are not included in the refund and remain the student's responsibility regardless of outcome.
The package covers 3 consecutive intakes. Refund eligibility applies only after all 3 intakes have been exhausted.
Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before I have started the review.
After work has begun: No refund once feedback has been delivered for the initial review round.
Packages are priced per-project. A 50% deposit is required to begin. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed scope.
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.
Send an email to inquiry@drwajidali.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 7 days of the service date. Include your name and the service purchased. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Services are advisory in nature. Dr. WajidAli Education Consultancy does not guarantee admission to any university or award of any scholarship. Refunds are not available on the basis that an application was unsuccessful, except as stated in Section 2 (Italy Admission Package).
