Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund. The appointment slot is reserved and cannot be re-filled at short notice.
No-show: No refund.
Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before we have started the review.
After work has begun: No refund once feedback has been delivered for the initial review round.
Packages are priced per-project. A 50% deposit is required to begin. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed scope.
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.
Send an email to info@drwajidali.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 7 days of the service date. Include your name and the service purchased. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Services are advisory in nature. Dr. WajidAli Education Consultancy does not guarantee admission to any university or award of any scholarship. Refunds are not available on the basis that an application was unsuccessful.
