Minimum Academic Requirements
* Final admission decisions are made by the universities. These are minimum thresholds, not guarantees.
You complete a short registration form so I can assess your academic profile, CGPA, language certificates, and target programs. This step costs €30 (adjustable against your package fee).
You are added to a dedicated WhatsApp group with me and two team members. All your questions, document concerns, and updates happen here throughout the entire process.
I review and guide the preparation of your complete application dossier — academic transcripts, CV, Statement of Purpose, reference letters, language certificates, and any university-specific documents.
I select up to 15 Italian public universities whose requirements match your profile and identify all available scholarship opportunities (MAECI, regional, university-specific) for your intake.
I handle the submission of your application to selected universities, manage the Universitaly portal if required, and track confirmation of receipt and any follow-up from admissions offices.
Once an offer letter is received, I guide you through the Italian student visa application — booking appointments at the Italian consulate, preparing the visa file, and understanding the student permit (permesso di soggiorno) process.
Before you leave for Italy, I provide a full briefing: accommodation options, city registration (residenza), health insurance, student card, and what to expect during your first weeks.
